Language Development

Developmental stuttering is the most common form of the condition. This means that it affects children at a time when learning how to speak and design language. Children who are still in the process of developing speech and language rather stutter when they speak. This happens when the brain of children rack up the right words to convey their message. This is a sign that the speech and language skills are not developed enough to help them to express exactly what they say. If you are very concerned about the child’s constant stuttering, I can not. The children grow out within about four years.

Genetics

This is because the trend of the condition of the families, supports the claim that stuttering can be inherited from one generation to another. However, the exact genetic mechanisms causing stuttering or genes that trigger the condition has not been found.

Neurogenic disorder or signal problems

The people stutter because of difficulties signals from the brain to the muscles and nerves that control speech. This occurs when speech muscles, and nerves are not functioning properly, the brain, which may make it difficult to coordinate with the various parts of the speech mechanism in the body. This type of stuttering in speech pathology terms, such as neurogenic disorder. This usually occurs in children and adults who have brain injury, or those who have suffered a stroke. In rare cases, lesions or structural defects in the part of the brain to take over a person’s speech engine trigger a neurogenic condition.

Mental disorders

The scientists explain that some forms of stuttering from the brain’s activity, such as reasoning and thought. This type of stuttering is called a psychogenic disorder. Compared with other previously discussed stuttering, psychogenic in origin, rarely affect people’s speech. Sometimes the people who have undergone extreme mental stress or trauma, or those who have some mental disorder.

However, experts believe that these emotional and mental problems lead to stuttering speech instead of causing the condition. For example, people who stutter can usually tolerate more emotional troubles such as talking on the phone, or the public. Others dread meeting new people. In some cases, people stutter when intensely excited, angry, scared, or shocked. Aside from these extreme feelings of fatigue, excessive pressure, and increases the awareness of the human tendency to stammer while speaking.

It is interesting that many people who stutter speak fluently in general when they talk about, talk about a couple of friends, or sing in public or in groups. The reason is that it is still unclear, though.
